There is an upfront fee for most initial appointments with our psychiatrists and clinical psychologists. There is also a Medicare rebate for eligible patients. You will need to visit your General Practitioner (GP) and obtain a referral letter to our practice in order for our clinicians to review the referral and offer an appointment.
There is also upfront fee for most follow up appointments with our psychiatrists and clinical psychologists. Medicare rebate can be processed for eligible patients. You will need to ensure you have a valid referral from your General Practitioner (GP) to continue claiming your Medicare rebate.
Our psychiatrists undertake ADHD assessments. The number of appointments for ADHD assessments can vary depending on the complexity of the patient presentation. You will be provided assessment tools to be completed and you will be requested to do an electrocardiogram (ECG) and Urine Drug screen (UDS) prior to prescription of stimulant medication. If indicated, you will also be referred to a Clinical Neuropsychologist.

We undertake Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) assessments of people above 16 years of age. The assessments are typically done by Dr Davinder Hans (Consultant psychiatrist) and Dr Andrew Sheridan (Clinical Neuropsychologist). The assessment is divided to an initial appointment with Dr Davinder Hans and a subsequent longer assessment which involves getting collateral information from family and completing validated assessment tools with Dr Davinder Hans and Dr Andrew Sheridan.
Some of our practitioners do medicolegal work. Dr Davinder Hans is an WorkCover WA Approved Medical Specialist (Psychiatry) and Dr Andrew Sheridan is able to do neuropsychologial medicolegal assessments.
The fee for additional support letters to third parties is at minimum $70 as this is done in our clinician’s own time. Please check if your requested document(s) incur any fees.
When seeing our psychiatrists, we request that you check that your scripts have adequate repeats. Some pharmacies have mobile phone apps that you can download to track the number of repeats available on your scripts. We request that you obtain scripts during the appointment time, as any script requested more than two weeks from the appointment time may incur a fee for our administrative work. We request script repeat request made either by email (reception@suite306.com.au) or via the message box in the contacts tab.

Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your appointment if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. The fee for nonattendance or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice is at least $150. Please note that some of our practitioners may have a higher cancelation fee, so please give us at least 48 hours notice if you are not able to attend.
Depending on clinical need, we may need to do onsite urine or saliva drug testing. The cost of this is $50.
